I gain a lot of energy from adding value and genuinely helping people. It’s a great compliment when clients refer others to me, and I cherish that trust. It’s amazing when children of clients I’ve known since they were little come to me for the purchase of their first home. Or when someone asks if I can help their parents downsize or access funds from their home for maintenance or gifting; that gives me a sense of fulfillment!

For me, providing peace of mind, building trust, and fostering long-term relationships are central. I do everything I can to take as much off my clients' plates as possible during the advisory process, including liaising with notaries, appraisers, real estate agents, banks, and insurers. Even after the product is secured, I strive to maintain regular contact with my clients. Our presentation evenings at DFA are a great opportunity for this.
