My name is Erik Verberg. I live with my wife and children in the beautiful city of Zwolle. When I’m not working in our wonderful mortgage business, you can often find me on the tennis court.
For almost 20 years, I’ve been advising clients on their mortgages. I specialize in evaluating financial statements for freelancers, small business owners, and corporate clients. I have a background in banking, where I held various account management and executive positions.
I always try to put myself in your shoes as a client and aim to understand the situation behind the question. I prefer to visit you at home, taking plenty of time to get a full picture of your situation and your wishes.
The most rewarding part of my job is, every day, seeing my clients receive approval for their mortgage, enabling them to take a new, often significant step in their lives.
You can expect that I’ll be engaged throughout the process, and there will be no barriers if you have questions, whether that’s during the day, in the evening, or over the weekend!
