Does the 30% tax ruling increase my mortgage?

Can I use savings from abroad?

Yes. Foreign savings are accepted, as long as the origin of the funds is clear and traceable. Banks may ask for bank statements and proof of origin.

How much savings do I need as an expat?

My name is Robin van Dam, and I was born and raised in Zwolle, where I live with my wife Saskia and our daughters Demi and Tess. Family is very important to me, and in my free time, I enjoy playing padel with my friends.
